Program Manager with PMP Certification

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead a team in managing enterprise-grade applications for the ICAM Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for program coordination and performance oversight
• Manage operational aspects of program activity, including cost, quality, and schedule
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, and project estimates while ensuring adherence to quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of leadership experience in managing large, complex IT systems development projects in an Agile environment
• PMP certification required
• Public trust with the ability to obtain DHS Entry on Duty (EOD)
• Experience with ICAM technologies and Agile tools preferred
