Program Manager with PMP Certification

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee program delivery and management for a USCIS program.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end program management ensuring performance against cost, schedule, and quality objectives
• Serve as the primary contact with USCIS leadership and lead program communications and status meetings
• Maintain the Risk Register, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• 7+ years of continuous program management experience in security operations (10+ years preferred)
• Active PMI PMP, PgMP, or PMI RMP certification
• Active CISSP, CISM, or comparable cybersecurity leadership certification
• Demonstrated hands-on leadership of federal cybersecurity risk management programs
