Program Manager with PMP Certification

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager with extensive experience in IT program leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery for IT initiatives supporting Department of State missions
• Manage program scope, schedules, risks, and performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with federal cybersecurity standards and manage program budgets and resources

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing large-scale IT programs or portfolios
• Prior experience with Department of State IT systems or modernization efforts
• Strong knowledge of federal IT standards, FISMA, and NIST frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• PMP Certification and active Secret clearance required
