Program Manager with PMP Certification

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee the execution of specialized operational equipment and CBRNE Blanket Purchase Agreement.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of accountability for overall contract performance and delivery
• Lead and manage end-to-end execution of SOE and CBRNE requirements, ensuring timely and compliant delivery
• Develop and maintain essential program management plans and oversee global logistics operations

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
• Active TOP SECRET security clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-task order programs
• Proven experience leading global logistics and procurement operations
