Job Summary

Leading a complex government program, the remote Program Manager with PMP Certification will oversee execution, financial performance, and operational success while interfacing with government leadership and managing program personnel.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide overall leadership and direction for the intelligence support program, ensuring contractual and quality objectives are met
  • Manage program budgets, staffing plans, and compliance with contractual requirements while identifying and mitigating risks
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, anticipating customer needs and representing the company in meetings and briefings
Required qualifications
  • U.S. Citizenship is required due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements
  • Minimum 16 years of management experience, including military leadership experience
  • Demonstrated experience as a Program Manager on large, complex government or intelligence programs
  • Advanced knowledge of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and the U.S. Intelligence Community (IC)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
