Program Manager with PMP Certification

Job Summary

Leading a large-scale Army enterprise modernization program, the remote Program Manager with PMP Certification will be responsible for the sustainment, modernization, and secure delivery of a critical contract writing platform, managing a program valued at over $30M annually while overseeing financial performance, staffing, and customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of program execution, including cost, schedule, technical performance, quality, and risk management
• Direct a blended team of engineers and specialists while serving as the primary interface to the Army customer
• Oversee agile delivery, secure hosting, and continuous modernization efforts, ensuring effective financial management and subcontractor performance

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management experience with direct P&L accountability for federal programs of $30M+ annually
• Active PMP certification or equivalent experience managing large-scale IT services or software modernization programs
• Proven ability to manage blended prime-and-subcontractor teams effectively
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and staffing-to-margin discipline
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical, business, or management discipline
