Program Manager with PMP Certification

Job Summary

Leading the execution of program goals for the VA's AI Citizen Developer Ecosystem, the full-time Program Manager with PMP Certification will manage the entire program lifecycle, ensuring compliance and collaboration among cross-functional teams in a federal healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the VA, overseeing planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of program activities
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program management plans, schedules, and status reports to meet program objectives
• Facilitate program governance activities, including stakeholder briefings and executive-level reporting to VA leadership

Required qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare-relevant program management, with at least 6 years in a large corporation or government agency
• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Public Administration, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience supporting federal agency programs, preferably with the Department of Veterans Affairs
• Ability to obtain and maintain a VA Position of Public Trust clearance
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent required at the time of hire
