Job Summary

Serving as the primary point of contact for the Government, the full-time remote Program Manager with Public Trust will oversee all aspects of program management, including transition activities, resource allocation, and contract performance for a project supporting the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

Key responsibilities
  • Lead transition-in and transition-out activities, ensuring uninterrupted operations and compliance with security requirements
  • Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) while managing program risks, issues, and corrective actions
  • Provide executive-level status reports and ensure effective coordination among project managers and Government stakeholders
Required qualifications
  • Public Trust Clearance or ability to obtain one
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience managing large federal IT/cybersecurity programs, preferably with HHS/NIH
  • Active PMP Certification
  • Expertise in federal contract management, risk management, and knowledge of FISMA and NIST cybersecurity policies
