Program Manager with Secret Clearance

Job Summary

Leading the execution of a complex Navy Federal Program, the full-time Program Manager with Secret Clearance will oversee program execution, manage multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with contract requirements in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall program execution to meet cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders, including Contracting Officers and technical leadership
• Manage multidisciplinary teams supporting engineering, logistics, and operational support functions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Program Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience supporting federal government programs, preferably within DoD or Navy environments
• 10+ years of experience managing complex programs or large task orders involving technical or engineering services
• Proven experience in managing federal contracts and program budgets
• Experience working directly with Government Contracting Officers and Contracting Officer Representatives
