Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, execution, and reporting of the DEVCOM ARL Outreach portfolio
• Manage program budgets, personnel, subcontractors, and contracts
• Oversee participant lifecycle including applications, selection processes, and stipend payments

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field of study
• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing STEM-related projects
• In-depth experience in planning, coordinating, and reporting work efforts
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets, personnel, and contracts
• Active Secret level security clearance required
