Program Manager with Security Clearance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale enterprise IT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall program execution, ensuring timely delivery of projects aligned with mission objectives
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating resources, schedules, and deliverables across teams
• Serve as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders, providing updates and resolving issues

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret or Top Secret clearance
• Master's degree in a related field with at least 8 years of project management experience, or Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of experience
• Experience supporting large enterprise-scale deployments using DevSecOps or tailored Agile methodologies
• Demonstrated progression in leadership, managing larger teams and more complex projects
• Experience working with senior government leadership, including issue resolution and strategic communication
