Program Manager with Security Clearance

Job Summary

Leading complex federal government programs, the remote Program Manager with Security Clearance will manage program execution, ensuring deliverables meet technical, schedule, and cost requirements while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and federal government customers, ensuring effective communication and relationship management
• Provide technical, schedule, and cost direction for the program, aligning with contract requirements and organizational goals
• Develop and execute program plans, including work breakdown structures, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies

Required qualifications

• Ten (10) years of project/program management experience, with at least five (5) years in Federal Government programs
• Demonstrated ability to lead and direct complex projects independently within contract scope
• Experience providing administrative oversight and technical direction for program management
• Active Secret Security clearance or higher
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other iterative project management methodologies is preferred
