Program Manager with Security Clearance

Job Summary

Leading a portfolio of programs focused on delivering operational prototypes, the full-time Program Manager with Security Clearance will manage all phases from proposal development to execution, collaborating with government customers and multi-contractor teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage program schedules and milestones, coordinating with business operations teams and tracking performance and risks
• Collaborate across multi-disciplined teams to ensure timely product deliveries and effective communication with customers
• Gather and synthesize data to evaluate program status and identify trends, while building strong customer relationships

Required qualifications

• Program Management experience or military background with the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community
• Experience managing technical projects and identifying program risks
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance with SCI Eligibility
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
