Program Manager with Security Clearance

Job Summary

Leading a portfolio of operational prototypes, the full-time Program Manager with Security Clearance will manage all program phases, from proposal development to execution, while collaborating with government customers and multi-contractor teams in a flexible hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify mission requirements and prioritize technical development in collaboration with government customers and technical teams
• Track program schedules, milestones, performance, and risks while coordinating with business operations teams
• Support timely product deliveries and foster collaboration across multi-disciplined teams to achieve customer objectives

Required qualifications

• Program Management experience or military background with the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community
• Experience managing technical projects, including risk identification and tracking
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
• Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance with SCI Eligibility
