Program Manager with Security Clearance

Job Summary

Leading a portfolio of programs focused on delivering operational prototypes, the full-time Program Manager with Security Clearance will manage all program phases, collaborate with government customers and multi-contractor teams, and support business operations in a flexible hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with government customers and technical teams to identify mission requirements and prioritize technical development
• Track program schedules and milestones, ensuring timely delivery of products and effective communication with stakeholders
• Manage risks and issues by collaborating with product managers, technical staff, and subcontractors across multi-disciplined teams

Required qualifications

• Program Management experience or military background with the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community
• Experience in managing technical projects and tracking program risks
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance; active Secret or Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility preferred
• Strong collaboration skills, comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Located near STR offices in Carlsbad, CA, Arlington, VA, Woburn, MA, or Denver, CO
