Program Manager with Security Clearance

Job Summary

Overseeing the ISSO Support/Independent Security Controls Assessment Department, the remote Program Manager with Security Clearance will maintain security compliance, manage documentation accuracy, and ensure continuous monitoring for DoS systems while focusing on governance standards and contract performance objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership across ISSO security governance and RMF assessment operations
• Oversee planning cycles, milestones, and multi-team synchronization to maintain compliance readiness
• Manage stakeholder engagement and coordination between ISSOs, Assessors, government leads, and system owners

Required qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in federal cybersecurity program management
• A PMP, CISSP, or CAP certification is recommended
• Demonstrated experience leading ISSO or RMF teams
• A minimum Secret security clearance is required, with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
• A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university; a Master's degree is preferred
