Program Manager with Security Clearance

Job Summary

Providing strategic oversight for cyber defense operations, the full-time remote Program Manager with Security Clearance will manage SOC operations, incident response, and threat intelligence while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee SOC operations and incident management frameworks to ensure service delivery excellence
• Act as the strategic engagement point with Department of State leadership for cyber response capabilities
• Ensure resources meet mission demands for monitoring, response, threat hunting, and intelligence

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in federal SECOPS program management
• PMP certification is recommended
• CISSP, GCIA, GCIH, or equivalent certification is preferred
• Knowledge of SIEM, IDS/IPS, and incident response playbooks
• A minimum Secret security clearance is required, with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
