Job Summary
Providing strategic oversight for cyber defense operations, the full-time remote Program Manager with Security Clearance will manage SOC operations, incident response, and threat intelligence while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee SOC operations and incident management frameworks to ensure service delivery excellence
- Act as the strategic engagement point with Department of State leadership for cyber response capabilities
- Ensure resources meet mission demands for monitoring, response, threat hunting, and intelligence
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in federal SECOPS program management
- PMP certification is recommended
- CISSP, GCIA, GCIH, or equivalent certification is preferred
- Knowledge of SIEM, IDS/IPS, and incident response playbooks
- A minimum Secret security clearance is required, with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
