Program Manager with Top Secret Clearance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to oversee the transformation and development of the Future Defense Casualty Information Processing System (DCIPS).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end program leadership across Agile development, operational sustainment, and cloud deployment
• Direct cross-functional teams, ensuring timely development and deployment of DCIPS releases
• Monitor program performance, schedule, cost, and risk while serving as the primary liaison to the Government

Required Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance required
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale IT programs in a DoD or Federal environment
• Experience managing programs operating within AWS GovCloud IL4/IL5 or similar high-security environments
• Proven success overseeing multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors across diverse technical domains
