Program Manager with Top-Secret Clearance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Program Manager to oversee complex space and ground-based R&D contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage contract execution, including budget, schedule, revenue, and profit margin performance
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to develop execution plans aligned with business strategy
• Develop and deliver reporting and decision briefings for senior leadership and customers

Required Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in geospatial or aerospace program management
• Minimum of 7 years of experience directing aerospace or geospatial engineering teams
• Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI
• Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Geospatial Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in driving customer engagement and growth strategies for space-based intelligence solutions
