Program Manager - Women's Health

Job Summary

To support the Women's Health subspecialty and academic departments, the full-time Program Manager - Women's Health will manage programmatic development, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and lead improvement initiatives while working remotely Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all administrative activities in support of the program
• Develop dashboards and action plans to monitor key performance indicators related to program effectiveness
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering professional relationships

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5 years of related experience preferred, with consulting and/or project management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools
• Proven track record of achieving goals in a timely and collaborative manner
• Experience in program strategy development and implementation
