Program Manager - Women's Health

Job Summary

To support the Women's Health subspecialty and academic departments, the full-time salaried Program Manager - Women's Health will manage programmatic development, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and will lead improvement initiatives while serving as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders in a remote role.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all administrative activities in support of the program
• Develop dashboards and action plans to monitor key performance indicators related to care quality and operational efficiency
• Lead and track program-related projects and improvement initiatives in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5 years of related experience, with consulting and/or project management experience preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools is required
• Proven track record of achieving goals collaboratively and timely
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
