Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive workforce planning strategies aligned with business objectives
- Utilize workforce data to identify trends and inform decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast talent needs and optimize workforce resources
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in Workforce Planning or Strategic HR roles
- Proven experience in managing workforce planning programs in complex organizations
- Familiarity with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) principles in workforce planning
- Proficiency in HCM systems and workforce planning software; data visualization experience is a plus
