Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager, Talent Pipeline Strategic Workforce Planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute comprehensive workforce planning strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Utilize workforce data to identify trends and inform decision-making
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast talent needs and optimize workforce resources

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in Workforce Planning or Strategic HR roles
  • Proven experience in managing workforce planning programs in complex organizations
  • Familiarity with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) principles in workforce planning
  • Proficiency in HCM systems and workforce planning software; data visualization experience is a plus
