Job Summary
Managing marketing requests and project workflows, the full-time Program Marketing Manager will serve as the primary contact for marketing initiatives across Teacher Prep and Professional Education, ensuring timely execution of materials and campaigns in a flexible remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for marketing requests, translating stakeholder needs into actionable plans
- Manage the end-to-end workflow of marketing projects, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate the planning and production of marketing materials for events and conferences, including logistics and collateral management
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a similar role within a multi-stakeholder organization
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, HubSpot) and process system maintenance
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders while adapting to changing priorities
- Experience in setting clear expectations and communicating effectively regarding project tradeoffs and timelines
- Familiarity with the K-12 education landscape or teacher preparation pipeline is strongly preferred
