Program Material Planning Coordinator

Job Summary

Working remotely anywhere in the US, the full-time Program Material Planning Coordinator will enhance product workflow by analyzing and developing plans for distribution, hardware lifecycle management, and inventory, while ensuring operational success and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Identify ML server/rack requirements and coordinate timely delivery to meet Data Center capacity and company needs
• Provide program management support, including issue resolution, program performance monitoring, and adherence to SLAs
• Ensure efficiency in rack integration and hardware movement to achieve operational goals and quality standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• 2 years of experience in Data Center operations, ML hardware logistics, or supply chain
• Project management experience and knowledge of high-density server/rack vertical
• Experience with Microsoft Office and DCIM/Inventory Management software
• Highly organized and detail-oriented work style with a proactive attitude
