Program Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Officer to oversee a crisis assistance program for unaccompanied children and young adults.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Senior Caseworkers to ensure quality case management services
• Monitor case management service provision and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Coordinate with stakeholders and conduct community outreach and trainings

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences, human services, or social services, or a Bachelor's degree with three years of relevant experience
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in program oversight and case monitoring
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Experience providing case management services to unaccompanied children
• Knowledge of community social service systems and referral mapping
