Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Officer, Social Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze company compliance documentation and factory assessments
• Contribute to the implementation of the Fair Compensation Toolkit and support wage data analysis
• Assist with administrative tasks related to the accreditation process and support special projects

Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate degree in business, law, sociology, industrial relations, or a relevant field preferred
• At least three years of professional experience in a relevant field such as corporate social responsibility or human rights
• Strong commitment to protecting workers' rights and conducting due diligence
• Fluency in English required; additional language skills are a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a virtual environment
