Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Operations Analyst 2.

Key Responsibilities

• Support operations and development of incident, request, and ticket management processes
• Provide user support by responding to inquiries and resolving system-related requests
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support operational oversight and leadership

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Management Information Systems or related field, or 4-8 years of relevant experience
• Substantial experience with scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating activities
• Experience using and enhancing ticketing platforms like ServiceNow
• Technical proficiency in operational management responsibilities across various systems
• Proficiency with operational tools, reporting systems, and data analysis platforms
