Program Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Student Systems Transformation project, the full-time remote Program Operations Analyst will facilitate business process discovery, gather requirements for a new student information system, and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance the student experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to document business needs and develop solution proposals
• Facilitate end-user working groups to achieve consensus on requirements and priorities
• Develop and update project plans and timelines to ensure goals are met on time

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2 years of professional experience in business systems analysis
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into specifications
• Experience managing or coordinating projects or programs
• Experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders professionally
