Program Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To support the growth of Client Acquisition, the full-time remote Program Operations Analyst will develop and optimize systems and processes, analyze program performance, and manage technology backlogs while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own the development and continuous improvement of Client Acquisition processes, mapping workflows and identifying opportunities for automation
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable business and technical requirements, managing the technology and data enhancement backlog
• Analyze lead quality and vendor performance, facilitating improvements across the lead lifecycle and ensuring accountability with third-party partners

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, information systems, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of eight years of professional experience, preferably in a matrixed organization and cross-functional setting
• Demonstrated experience as both a business analyst and process/operations owner
• Strong working knowledge of CRM and data platforms, with Salesforce experience strongly preferred
• Experience working within Agile or hybrid project management frameworks preferred
