Job Summary
Supporting program execution and event delivery, the part-time Program Operations Coordinator will manage fellow communications, coordinate logistics for webinars and events, and maintain data accuracy while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Execute fellow communications across various channels, ensuring timely updates
- Coordinate logistics for webinars and events, supporting seamless planning and delivery
- Manage shared inbox workflows and provide Salesforce support for data entry and cleanup
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2-5 years of experience in program operations, event management, or a related field
- Experience coordinating virtual and/or in-person events
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
