Job Summary

Supporting program execution and event delivery, the part-time Program Operations Coordinator will manage fellow communications, coordinate logistics for webinars and events, and maintain data accuracy while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute fellow communications across various channels, ensuring timely updates
  • Coordinate logistics for webinars and events, supporting seamless planning and delivery
  • Manage shared inbox workflows and provide Salesforce support for data entry and cleanup
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-5 years of experience in program operations, event management, or a related field
  • Experience coordinating virtual and/or in-person events
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
