Program Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

To support a global community of technical experts, the remote Program Operations Coordinator will execute automation workflows, maintain structured knowledge content, and triage support cases while enhancing AI-driven operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute automation workflows for the MVP Program using AI tools and Agents
• Author and maintain structured knowledge content to support AI-assisted workflows
• Triage and resolve support cases from MVP Program members, ensuring timely responses

Required Qualifications

• Experience developing solutions with modern frameworks, tools, cloud services, APIs, and data services
• Experience working with issue or ticket management systems (e.g., GitHub Issues, Azure DevOps, Jira)
• Comfort working with command-line tools and scripts to automate tasks
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT Codex, GitHub Copilot) in a productivity context
• Familiarity with Git-based workflows and tools such as GitHub and VS Code
