Program Operations Lead

Job Summary

To ensure the effective execution of early career programs, the full-time remote Program Operations Lead will manage program operations, data insights, and project management while collaborating with various stakeholders to drive program success and improve participant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain consistent operational processes across early career programs, ensuring alignment and efficiency
• Design and maintain performance metrics and dashboards to provide actionable insights for program improvement
• Lead the execution of early career initiatives and projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in HR operations, program management, or data-related fields
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Demonstrated experience managing projects and improving processes, preferably using Lean methodologies
• Familiarity with HR systems and tools, particularly Workday
