Program Operations Lead

Job Summary

Leading program management operations remotely, the full-time Program Operations Lead will optimize project teams, set PMO standards, and ensure alignment with growth priorities while managing budgets and resources.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimize project and program management operations within PEC, ensuring a well-governed portfolio of work
• Define methodology, governance, and reporting standards across PEC's proposition-development initiatives
• Recruit, lead, and develop the project/program management team, establishing performance standards and ways of working

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience in content operations within a marketing or sales operations function
• Proven experience in building or managing a project/program management function or PMO
• Ability to design and enforce operational standards across multiple initiatives
• Experience in team leadership and development within a project or program management context
• Typically 6+ years of experience in program management and content operations, ideally in professional services
