Program Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager (Mid) to oversee employee innovation programs and support teams through their innovation cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of multiple innovation teams through 90-day experiment cycles
• Support teams in applying design thinking and facilitate coaching and feedback sessions
• Coordinate logistics for program events and serve as a primary communications hub for teams

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in coaching or facilitating design thinking and lean experimentation
• Strong experience using PowerPoint for storytelling and Excel for tracking progress
• Comfortable working with AI tools for problem-solving and productivity
• Highly self-motivated with a customer-first mindset and comfortable operating in ambiguity
• Flexible time availability to support global teams
