Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Operations Manager to lead process and tool optimization within their field service organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and implement operational process and tool changes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Establish partnerships with cross-functional teams to influence roadmaps that improve the customer experience
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to plan and implement changes to existing services and tools
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of cross-functional process/service delivery experience
  • 5+ years of team management experience in customer-facing operations
  • 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Experience defining process requirements and using data and metrics for improvements
  • Experience in businesses with field or remote service delivery is a plus
