Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Operations Manager to ensure the efficient functioning of clinical programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee patient onboarding processes and coordinate with the clinical team for treatment transitions
• Develop operational procedures, conduct audits, and improve patient satisfaction survey completion rates
• Manage treatment plans, maintain provider communication, and track outcome measures for clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations management, preferably in a behavioral health setting
• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and data analysis
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and accreditation standards, such as the Joint Commission
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
