Program Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Operations Specialist, Security Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track expenditures against approved budgets and process Purchase Orders (POs)
• Maintain and reconcile asset inventory lists and manage the administrative ticketing process for security tools
• Aggregate and format data for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Monthly Business Reviews (MBR)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education may be considered
• 2+ years of experience in operations support, project coordination, or financial administration
• Experience with ticketing systems, bug tracking tools, or asset management databases
• In-depth knowledge of Google Suite products and ability to manage large datasets
• Demonstrated understanding of data confidentiality and adherence to security access control policies
