Program Operator

Job Summary

As an entry-level position, the Program Operator will execute day-to-day operational processes for utility demand response and virtual power plant programs, supporting enrollment and incentive operations while working remotely on a full-time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Address Tier 2 customer support ticket escalations to ensure timely resolution
• Execute operational workflows and document processes to enhance efficiency and scalability
• Provide on-call support during event seasons and maintain strong communication with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Minimal experience required for this entry-level role
• Strong time management and prioritization skills for coordinating multiple projects
• Excellent problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and seek guidance
