Program Owner for Guidewire Products

Job Summary

As a remote full-time Program Owner for Guidewire Products, the successful candidate will design and deliver programs to enhance adoption and knowledge of mid-tier products and capabilities, focusing on readiness plans for internal, customer, and partner communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages projects to increase adoption of Level 2 products and capabilities, delivering persona-based learning to support various stakeholders
• Ensures projects are managed using readiness methodology, including needs assessments and content development, while collaborating with the business for approvals
• Utilizes an AI-first model for effective delivery and manages testing and certification requirements as outlined in the training plan

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in enablement, learning & development, or related fields within enterprise software
• Strong skills in instructional design and facilitation, including curriculum design and dynamic presentation
• Understanding of the P&C insurance domain to ensure strategic relevance and practical adoption
• Experience in planning and executing complex multi-workstream programs
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, LMS, and project tracking platforms like Monday.com
