Program and Partnership Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program & Partnership Manager, ConnectED (hourly).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead relationship manager for approximately 5 schools
• Coordinate onboarding, professional development sessions, and ongoing follow-up for school programs
• Facilitate community-building through webinars and the educator platform, promoting peer learning among participating schools

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in relationship management with school leaders and stakeholders
• Strong strategic thinking and execution skills
• Experience with data and process management, preferably in CRM systems
• Passion for education and alignment with the mission regarding complex topics
• Experience in K-12 education or working with independent schools is a plus
