Program Performance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Performance Analyst to monitor and review dealer files for risk assessment.

Key Responsibilities

• Document reviews of dealer files to identify risks
• Coordinate reviews and analysis for dealer reactivation and account terminations
• Update internal platforms and reports to communicate account updates effectively

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree in business, finance, communication, or similar field, or 3 years of experience in a comparable field
• Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software
• Ability to read and interpret various documents and manuals
• Experience in writing routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to follow detailed instructions
