Program Performance Management Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Senior Program Performance Management Analyst, the candidate will manage program cost and schedule baselines, analyze program performance, and mentor program teams on management tools and processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the development of program cost and schedule baselines and analyze program performance metrics
- Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding program teams in program management tools and processes
- Prepare and present program review documents to senior leadership while ensuring compliance with EVMS standards
Required qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline
- 8+ years of experience in a technical, business, military professional, or U.S. Government Contractor environment
- Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office Suite, and Deltek Cobra
- Experience with IMP/IMS development and maintenance on DoD programs with EVM requirements
- Strong understanding of EVMS concepts, including variance analysis and corrective actions
