Program Performance Management Manager

Job Summary

Leading program performance management initiatives, the full-time salaried Manager, Program Performance Management will manage a team of analysts, oversee program performance activities, and ensure alignment with business goals in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Manages a team of Program Performance Management Analysts, providing coaching and mentorship in earned value tools and processes
• Leads program performance management activities to align cost, schedule, technical, and risk objectives with contract requirements
• Oversees the development and maintenance of Integrated Master Plans, schedules, performance metrics, and variance analysis to support program execution

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline
• 12+ years of related experience in a technical, business, military, or U.S. government contractor environment
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Demonstrated experience leading program planning, scheduling, and EVMS activities on DoD programs
• Experience with Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance
