Program Performance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Performance Manager to oversee performance monitoring and reporting for government contracted programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead performance monitoring and reporting for government contracted programs
• Apply Earned Value Management principles, manage work breakdown structures, and track variances
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of Earned Value Management experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Earned Value Analysis
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with Program Management and Risk Management
• Expert level skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
