Program Planner Scheduler

Job Summary

To support program execution and direction, the full-time remote Program Planner Scheduler will develop the Integrated Master Schedule, update program status, and act as an Earned Value Management System expert while collaborating with program leadership and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule using scheduling software, tracking program execution and identifying risks
• Ensure compliance with government customer requirements and drive program business rhythm to meet reporting deadlines
• Act as the Earned Value Management System expert, working closely with finance to align cost and schedule

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or 3 years with a graduate degree
• Proficiency in scheduling software such as MS Project, Open Plan, or similar
• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar processes
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance, with an active Top Secret Clearance required
