Program Planning Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Planning & Scheduling Analyst III (Contractor).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to align with contractual requirements
• Conduct critical path analysis, variance analysis, and Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA) to identify risks and opportunities
• Prepare and present schedule reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and actionable insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (or a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience)
• Typically 5+ years of related experience in Schedule Management, Industrial Engineering, or similar roles
• Proficiency in scheduling software and data analysis tools
• Experience in preparing and presenting schedule reports to senior management
• Knowledge of DCMA compliance and schedule management best practices
