Program Planning Manager

Job Summary

Program Planning Manager will oversee planning operations for a large business area, managing a team of planners in a full-time role focused on scheduling, compliance, and program management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of planning professionals and develop functional policies and procedures
• Maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and ensure compliance with government requirements
• Collaborate with various functional groups to integrate program plans and schedules

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Program Management or Program Planning & Scheduling
• Experience leading Program Planning teams and developing Program IMS according to EVMS requirements
• Proficient in scheduling software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools
• Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance
