Key Responsibilities

• Support strategic portfolio planning by aligning learning and AI efforts with operational goals
• Coordinate the successful delivery of the LMS and AI-driven learning ecosystem
• Serve as a communication bridge between cross-functional teams and leadership, providing updates and strategic insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education technology, Program/Portfolio Management, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree or PMP/SAFe certification preferred
• 5+ years of experience in coordinating learning, AI, or digital transformation programs in federal environments
• Experience managing across distributed teams and aligning multiple projects within a portfolio framework
• Familiarity with DoD and federal acquisition, cybersecurity, and data privacy frameworks
• Strong organizational and coordination skills in a matrixed, non-supervisory role
