Program Project Delivery Specialist
Job Summary
To support project execution in a fully remote capacity, the Program Project Delivery Specialist will manage schedules, coordinate cross-functional activities, and support teams throughout the delivery lifecycle, ensuring projects remain organized and on track.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate project schedules, timelines, task assignments, and deliverables for on-time execution
- Maintain project trackers, dashboards, documentation, and communication channels
- Monitor progress across workstreams, identifying and escalating risks, delays, and blockers
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of program/project coordination or project management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint Online
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple high-priority tasks and deadlines
- Proactive, detail-oriented problem solver with strong analytical skills
- Experience supporting software implementation and driving continuous process improvement
