• Evaluate vendor performance related to test delivery and implement corrective actions as needed
• Review post-exam surveys to assess testing experience issues and recommend improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 years of related work experience
• Eligibility for remote work in the contiguous US
• Experience in analyzing data and reporting findings
• Knowledge of testing policies and procedures is preferred
